Damages and issues

We offer exchange or store credit if the item is faulty, please contact us via our email. The item must be returned to our return address to have this item assessed.

Please note customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. The refund will be processed once the item has been received on our end and we have reviewed the condition.
