RETURN POLICY

Our 14 day return policy allows you 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit (no refunds)

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of your item must be emailed to info@deekaye.com.au

Damages and issues

We offer exchange or store credit if the item is faulty, please contact us via our email. The item must be returned to our return address to have this item assessed.

Please note customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. The refund will be processed once the item has been received on our end and we have reviewed the condition.
